Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a work day will be processed by us the same day.
Track & Trace
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code to follow your package. If you didn’t receive an email within two work days after placing your order and would like to know where your package is, please contact our customer service to receive your track and trace code.
Do I have to pay shipment costs?
The transport of orders to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany is free. For addresses in other countries we charge € 4.95 per order.
When will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on working days before 12.00 AM (GMT) will leave our warehouse the same day. Packages have an average delivery period of 3 working days.
What should I do when my delivery is incomplete or contains wrongly delivered goods?
Did you place an order at Yest.com, but did you receive something else than you have ordered? Please get in touch with our customer service by telephone, or send us an e-mail. You can return the incorrect articles to us free of charge. We will make sure that the correct articles are sent to you as soon as possible. The address for returns is:
