How can I pay my order at Yest?
Each order at Yest.com can be paid online. You can choose from several payment methods: Paypal, creditcard (Visa and Mastercard) and Klarna. Read more about these payment methods elsewhere in this FAQ.


Is it secure to pay online at Yest?
Online payments at Yest.com are transmitted in SSL encrypted format and are therefor guaranteed secure.

I have a voucher code. How do I use it?
In the final step of the checkout you will be able to insert a voucher code. Insert your code in the inteded field before going to the payment method.

How do I order at Yest?
Ordering at Yest.com is very easy. Select your desired garments and put them in your shopping cart. If your cart is ready to checkout, you can go one step further to insert your personal data (or login if you already have an account) and to choose your desired payment method. Pay your order, click OK and you will be automatically redirected back to the Yest webshop. There you will find a summery of your order.

What is the meaning of the fits?
Body fit: very tight fitting garment.
Regular fit: a normal fit, not tight and not loose.
Slim fit: tight fit.
Small neck: a small, rounded neckline.

When do I receive a confirmation of my order?
Your order will be confirmed to you by e-mail within minutes after ordering. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, you might have inserted a wrong email address or did not finish the payment. You can also check your spam box to make sure that your confirmation was not marked as spam by your e-mail provider.  

I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?
To cancel an order you should get in touch with our customer service within 12 hours or one work day. Our customer service can be reached by telephone (Monday – Friday from 8:30-17:00), by e-mail or through the contact form on our website. Should you have already paid, then we will make sure that your payment is refunded as soon as possible. For instance, if you place an order Friday evening, you must cancel your order by Monday at 10:00 AM.

How can I adjust my personal data?
Your personal data can be changed in My Yest. Log in with your e-mail address and password and go to My Yest. Here you can adjust your personal data.

How can I return an article or an order?
Sent us an email regarding the article(s) you want to return. (info@yest.com) You will receive an return label, which will be needed for sending your return back to Yest.

What should I do if an article does not meet my expectations?
You can make a return or exchange request within 14 days after delivery.

Is it possible to return something when the 14 day term has expired?
After 14 days we can not accept any exchange or return requests. If you want to complain about an article for reasons of manufacturing errors, please contact our customer service.

I would like to exchange an article for a different size or color, what should I do?
We ask you to place a new order.

When will my money be refunded?
We will refund your money as soon as possible after receipt of your returned garment. This can take up to 30 days. Did you not receive your refund within this period? Please contact our customer service.

Do I have to pay shipment costs?
The transport of your order to the United Kingdom is free of charge for orders over £50. For any order below this amount you will be charged £9.95,- delivery costs. Returns and exchanges from the United Kingdom are free of charge. For any other country but the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany or Austria, you are responsible for sending us your returns and for paying the delivery to the Netherlands. In that case please send us your returns to Buur Retail B.V., Waterland 10, 1948 RK, Beverwijk, the Netherlands, including your email address and order number.

When will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on working days before 12.00 AM will leave our warehouse the same day. Packages sent to the United Kingdom have an average delivery period of 3 working days.

What should I do when my delivery is incomplete or contains wrongly delivered goods?
Did you place an order on Yest.com and receive something other than what you had ordered? Please get in touch with our customer service by telephone, our send us an e-mail. You can return the wrongly delivered articles to us without costs. We will make sure that the correct articles will be send to you as soon as possible. The address for returns is:
