If your Yest garment does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size or a different colour, you may return your article within 14 days. There are no costs for returning an article from anywhere. To make your return, simply make a return request at My Yest. You will be informed via email on the status of your return. PostNL will provide you with all applicable labels and documents so that you are able to track your returned parcel.

We will check the quality of your returned article to our terms and conditions. If your article is in good condition, we will fully refund you to your original method of payment . Please note that it may take up to 30 days to give you your full refund. If you do  not receive a refund, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Other countries
For any country other than the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your order.

How can I return an article or an order?

You can inform us about your wish to return or exchange any article within 14 days after delivery.

Is it possible to return something when the 14 day term has expired?
After 14 days we can not accept any exchange or returns requests. If you want to comment on an article for reasons such as manufacturing errors, please contact our customer service.

I would like to exchange an article for a different size or color, what should I do?

When will my money be refunded?
