1. Free returns
We encourage you to try on your Yest article from the comfort of your own home when you receive your placed order. If you are not entirely satisifed with the fit or colour of your new article, you have 14 days from the reciept of your order to make a return or exchange.
Returns can be made through My Yest or by contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exceptions may be applicable in which case you will be informed of the exception when making your return.
You will be refunded onto your original method of payment.
2. Delivery and shipment costs
Shipping costs will be indicated when placing your order. You must accept the shipping charge and terms and conditions prior to finalizing your order.
3. Prices and payment methods
Yest will honour the prices listed at time of ordering. All prices listed include VAT. Payment methods include PayPal, all major credit cards and Klarna. Yest retains the right to add or withdraw any payment methods at any time.
4. Refuse of an order
Yest retains the right to refuse an order placed online at its own discretion and is therefore not obliged to communicate the reasoning. If your order has been refused, Yest will inform you of this immediately.
All articles will remain in the possession of Yest until a full payment has been made.
Unless explicitly indicated, the warranty as described in the Dutch Law Sales at Distance apply.

This website and our terms and conditions are all applicable to Dutch law.
10. Languages available for the agreement
All required documentation and customer service contracts are available in English, Dutch and German.
After placing your order on Yest.com you will have a period of 14 days to cancel your order without reason. This period will begin on the date the order is placed. During this 14 day period, the customer must handle the articles with care and only unpack or wear the goods in order to determine whether they wish to keep the goods or not. If a cancellation is desired within this period, a return requst must be made through My Yest or by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com.
